The Academy of the European Ballet offers comprehensive ballet training to dancers between the ages of 16-24. Numerous graduates have been engaged at renowned houses throughout Europe in recent years.
An appropriate internship with stage experience is the essential part of the vocational training. This is taken into account with up to 150 performances per year:
Up to 30 performances in the Theater des Balletts in St. Pölten
International guest performances in Europe and America
Co-productions with other theaters nationally and internationally
Ball openings throughout Austria
Age: 16-24 years
Minimum training period: 2 years
Degree is the Paritätische Bühnenreifeprüfung and the Diploma of the Europaballet
Prerequisite for the Diploma of the Europaballet: Annual examination with positive results up to the Paritätische Bühnenreifeprüfung
The study authorisation is awarded for one year at a time and can be extended after an examination with positive results.
