Ema was born in Portugal in 1996. Already at the age of three she was interested in ballet. She studied professional ballet, with classical and contemporary dance, at the Academia de Dança de Matosinhos in Porto (Portugal). From 2014 to 2018 she studied choreography and interpretation of classical dance at the Instituto Universitario de Danza Alicia Alonso in Madrid, Spain. In 2019 she graduated with a Master's degree in management and leadership of cultural projects at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid, Spain. Highlights: Special prize for classical dance, awarded by the Instituto Universitario de Danza Alicia Alonso, 2018. Dancer for 4 productions of the Segovia en Danza Dance Festival. Dancer at the World Congress ITI-UNESCO. Ema: "Dance is a part of my life since I was 3 years old. I dance to teach myself discipline, passion and hard work. Every day I am grateful for the great moments and experiences it gives me in my life. It is the only way I can really express myself and feel absolutely free. The people I have met, the experiences on stage, the teachers, my colleagues ... I can only say thank you."
