Swan Lake is one of the best-known and most popular ballets in the world. The piece has thrilled audiences since its premiere in 1877. Experience the ballet classic par excellence, which redefined an entire genre, in a new interpretation by Peter Breuer. The story of PrinceSiegfried and the enchanted Odette, who has to go through life as a swan, fascinates young and old alike. Siegfried resists his mother's wish that he should soon marry "appropriately". A group of white swans suddenly appears on the shore of a lake, the most beautiful of which, Odette, transforms into a young woman. Siegfried is immediately enchanted by her, but a dark figure seems to have an overpowering influence on Odette and drags her away with him. Dream or reality? In any case, it is impossible for Siegfried to fall in love with one of the women at the ball organized by his mother. Until Odette's spitting image, Odile, suddenly appears. Can his dream become reality after all?
